The BJP government in UP is very important for the poor to get treatment up to Rs 5 lakh free of cost in good hospitals, he further said, adding that the BJP government in UP is very important for the money of PM Kisan to go directly to the accounts of small farmers in their bank accounts. PM Modi said that I also apologise to the voters of the first phase of polling which is going on from here today. It was my duty to go among them after the elections were announced.
