New Delhi: PM Modi on Saturday addressed the 93rd Year General Meeting (AGM) and Annual Conference of the Federation of Indian Federations of Commerce and Industry (FICCI). During his speech, PM Modi has again hinted at the agriculture movement that the government is in no mood to withdraw agricultural laws. In his address, PM Modi discussed corona vaccine, agricultural reforms, rural India and investment from industrialists.
PM Modi said that in the year 2020, we have seen a lot of change, like a T20 match. The way India has worked unitedly in the last few months, formulated policies, made decisions, has governed the conditions. He further said that at the time of the corona epidemic, India made the lives of its citizens a top priority, saved the lives of more and more people. Today, the country is also seeing the results and the world is also watching.
He further said, "The country and the world have passed through so many ups and downs that after a few years when we remember the Corona period, we may not believe. The good thing is that the faster the situation worsens, the faster it is improving". Amidst the farmers' agitation, PM Modi said the new agricultural law will create new investment opportunities. Government is committed to protect the interests of farmers. The prosperity of the farmers will only enrich the country.
