New Delhi: PM Narendra Modi addressed the session of the Economic and Social Council on the 75th anniversary of the founding of the United Nations. During his address to the United Nations on Friday, PM Modi also remembered the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi, and also told about the schemes being run by the Government of India for the betterment of life.

PM Modi also gave a message of solidarity to the world. He said that we are the sons of the earth, we can move forward with everyone. PM Modi said that Hindustan strongly believes that lasting peace and prosperity can only come through multilateralism. PM Modi said that we should join hands with each other to face the challenges and achieve our goals, being the sons of the earth.

PM Modi also advocated reform of the United Nations on the pretext of multilateralism. PM Modi said that there is a need to represent the reality of the contemporary world. He told the mother about the schemes being run by the government to deal with the challenges in India and said that we are working on the basis of 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas and Sabka Viswas'.
