New Delhi: PM Modi is addressing the Mann Ki Baat program for the 67th time today. During this, PM Modi said that today is 26 July, today is a very special day. Today is 'Kargil Vijay Diwas'. 21 years ago today, our army hoisted the flag of India's victory in the war of Kargil. He said that India can never forget the circumstances under which Kargil war took place.
