Guwahati: PM Modi today launched several projects in Silapathar in the Dhemaji district of Assam. After laying the foundation stone of these projects, PM Modi also addressed a public meeting and attacked Congress fiercely. Addressing the public meeting in Silapathar, PM Modi said that those who ruled the country for decades considered Dispur away from Delhi.

Assam suffered a lot due to this thinking. But now Delhi is not far away, Delhi is standing at your doorstep. PM Modi further said that for India to become self-sufficient, it is necessary to continuously increase its capacity, its capabilities as well. Over the years, we have greatly increased the oil storage capacity for refining and emergency in India itself. All these projects will make the lives of people in Assam and Northeast easier and employment opportunities will also increase for the youth.

In Assam, PM Modi said that when a person gets his basic facilities, his confidence also increases. Increasing this confidence also develops the region as well as the country. While addressing the people of Assam, PM Modi said that if the policy is right, if the intention is clear, the destiny also changes. Today the gas pipeline network that is being developed in the country, optical fiber is being laid to every village in the country, pipes are being installed to deliver water to each house, they are the new destiny lines of Mother India.
