New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday (February 6) inaugurated the helicopter factory of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) in Tumakuru, Karnataka. During this, PM Modi fiercely targeted Congress and Rahul Gandhi on the pretext of Rafale, although the PM did not name anyone.

PM Modi said, ''This is the same HAL, under the pretext of which many types of false allegations were made on our government, today this helicopter factory of HAL, its growing power is exposing many old lies and false accusers.''

What was the lie spread about HAL:

In fact, in 2018-19, former Congress President Rahul Gandhi, some anti-India media channels, and a certain section of the country were making a hue and cry that ''PM Narendra Modi wants to destroy Hindustan Aeronautical Limited (HAL), that's why he is snatching the deal of Rafale fighter jet from HAL and giving it to his friend Anil Ambani. Modi ji himself is putting 58,000 crores in Ambani's pocket. In fact, Rahul Gandhi himself had reached the HAL plant where he met the employees and tried to instigate them. It was even told to the employees that HAL does not even have the money to pay them. Along with this, the government was also accused of corruption in the Rafale jet. The government rejected these allegations, stating that the deal was done at a competitive price and the offset contract was awarded through a fair and transparent process. But, the opposition did not agree and the matter reached the Supreme Court, where the court, after examining all the documents and arguments, gave a clean chit to the Modi government.''

What is the condition of HAL today after 4 years:

According to Rahul Gandhi, HAL, which did not have money to give to its employees, has made enormous growth. On Monday, PM Modi inaugurated HAL's new helicopter factory in Karnataka, which is Asia's largest helicopter factory. Not only this, HAL's stocks have increased 5 times in the last 2 years. HAL has several large orders for 70 HTT-40, 25 Advanced Light Helicopters (ALH), 6 Dornier aircraft, 12 Light Utility Helicopters (LUH), 12 Sukhoi-30 MKI and many other major orders. It is also extremely important to know that HAL has paid salaries to all its employees on time and has not fired anyone, as was being rumored.
