New Delhi: The Bodo problem which has been going on for the last 50 years in the northeast of India has been resolved. Due to this problem, about four thousand people died. In the presence of Union Home Minister Amit Shah, an agreement was reached on Monday to resolve the Bodo issue. In this connection, PM Narendra Modi today tweeted several successive series, saying that this is a new beginning for Bodo people.

PM Modi further wrote that 'the agreement with Bodo comrades has been done while protecting the interests of other communities of Assam. In this, everyone has won, humanity has won. These victories and efforts for it are inspired by the mantra of sab ka Saath, sabha Vikas and sabha faith, inspired by the spirit of one Bharat-Shrestha Bharat. ' He wrote that 'On the death anniversary of Pujya Bapu, the problem that has been going on for 5 decades in Assam has been resolved today. The agreement between the Bodo organizations and the government has further strengthened the unity and integrity of Assam. I welcome the decision of my Bodo comrades to renounce violence, to have faith in democracy and the Constitution.
