NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will is all set to inaugurate projects costing over Rs.5,500 crore in Rajasthan on May 10, a statement said.
The Prime Minister will also speak at a public gathering that the BJP is hosting at Abu Road in Sirohi district said a BJP spokeswoman in Jaipur.
The focus of the projects to be unveiled by the Prime Minister will be on strengthening infrastructure and connectivity in the region, the PMO said, adding that and adding that improvements to the region's roads and railways will make it easier for people to move goods and services around, boosting trade and commerce while also enhancing the socioeconomic conditions of the local populace.
Among the projects, the Prime Minister will lay the foundation stones for road construction projects for the upgradation to two-lane in Rajsamand and Udaipur and for the redevelopment of the Udaipur railway station.
PM will dedicate three national highway projects, including the 114-km long, six-lane NH-48 segment from Udaipur to Shamlaji, the 110-km long, widened and strengthened NH-25 section from Bar-Bilara-Jodhpur to four lanes with paved shoulders, and the 47-km long, two-lane NH 58E portion. A special focus of the Prime Minister has been on giving impetus to spiritual rejuvenation across the country, the PMO noted.
He will also dedicate a nursing college expansion, the second phase of Shivmani Old Age Home, and a super speciality charitable global hospital. According to the statement, the PMO stated that the Prime Minister has placed a specific emphasis on fostering spiritual renewal across the nation.
A 50-acre site will be set aside for the hospital on Abu Road. it will provide top-notch medical services and be especially helpful to the area's underprivileged and indigenous residents.
