Bollywood actor and director Kangana Ranaut's is coming to Mumbai which she announced on Twitter. The Producers Guild of India, the filmmakers' body, has made scathing remarks for the first time on the alleged media trial that followed after the demise of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. In Thane, a nearby district of Mumbai, a new controversy has erupted when posters of Kangana Ranaut was torn.
Kangana Ranaut announced that she will come back Mumbai on September 9. She came into controversy when she compared Mumbai with Pakistan occupied Kashmir and asked the centre or Himachal Pradesh government to give her security. The Mumbai police have already summoned her for her involvement in the investigation of the late actor's case, and now there is a lot of apprehensions that the CBI probing the case should file a statement in this regard.
Meanwhile, the BJP and Shiv Sena are face to face on the issue of former Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis's wife Amrita's right to expression. Shiv Sena women activists staged a sit-in at Thane with a poster of the actor, and this led to a sandal beating on the poster. Amrita's tweet is believed to be related to this. Amrita's statement has added fuel to the fire. The matter is now under investigation.
