A 29-year-old YouTuber named Swati died by suicide after jumping from the second floor of her paying guest (PG) accommodation in Mukherjee Nagar, northwest Delhi. Swati had been living in the area for the past 10 years. The police are investigating the incident, questioning witnesses and friends to determine the reasons behind her death. Swati hailed from Barla village in Alamgirpur, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. At the time of the incident, Swati's friend Priyam was with her in the PG room. The police are questioning Priyam and other acquaintances to gather more information. Initial investigations revealed that Swati had moved into the PG room four months ago.
She informed the PG owner that she had finished her studies and was now a YouTuber. Police officials mentioned that the deceased's family did not suspect any foul play. Swati initially moved to Mukherjee Nagar to prepare for the UPSC exams but did not succeed. She also spent several years preparing for the SSC exams without success. Later, she turned to content creation on Instagram and YouTube, where she had around 28,000 followers on her Instagram account.
