New Delhi: BJP MP Tejasvi Surya has been questioned by the police over the ruckus outside Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal's house. According to reports, the police questioned Tejasvi Surya for several hours. There was a fierce protest in March outside the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) supremo Kejriwal's residence. During that time, there were also reports of barricades being broken and questions were raised about the security arrangements.

Media reports have quoted the police as saying that Surya was interrogated 10 days ago. During the two-hour-long question round, information was gathered about Surya's role in the demonstrations. It is reported that the police had also issued notices twice to Surya for questioning. At the same time, the MP said that he was ready to appear anytime.

Police said the BJP MP was questioned at his official residence on Ashok Marg. During that time, he was also shown video footage of BJP youth workers protesting outside Kejriwal's residence. Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia had alleged that BJP workers had tried to kill Kejriwal as he was unable to defeat him in the elections.
