Seraikela: Jharkhand Police has dropped the murder charge on all 11 accused in the mob lynching case of Tabrez Ansari in Saraikela almost two months ago. Tabrez Ansari's wife had filed a police complaint in this case. The report submitted by the police cited the post-mortem report that Tabrez died of a heart attack.

The police has quoted the post-mortem report as saying that the murder case has not been the murder case has been dropped. It is worth mentioning that two months ago, Tabrez Ansari was beaten to death by a mob in a charge of theft in Seraikela-Kharsanwa. At that time, police had registered a case of murder on 11 people.

At the same time, on this matter, BJP MP Jayant Sinha has said that people should understand the reality of all these things. It is important to understand the reality inspite of allegations.  At the same time, Municipal Development Minister CP Singh has said that the opposition just needs a chance. The term mob lynching has been coined not by the opposition but by the so-called intellectuals of the country, who want to create an atmosphere of hatred against the BJP.
