While Digvijay advised CM Kamal Nath to become a true cow devotee, Kamal Nath also counted the government's efforts for cow protection. The Congress's Kamal Nath government had been advised by former CM Digvijay about the death of cows in a road accident on the Bhopal-Indore highway that the government should immediately remove the cows from the roads and send them to the cowsheds. By doing this immediately, he had told CM Kamal Nath to become a true cow devotee. After this advice from Digvijay, Public Works Minister Sajjan Singh Verma questioned him.
Said that Digvijay himself has been the Chief Minister, what he did, everybody knows. Kamal Nath is a new age Abhimanyu, he knows to break every cycle. At the same time, CM Kamal Nath counted the government's work on this advice of Digvijay. He tweeted that I was worried about cows. The officials have been instructed to chalk out an action plan for the safety of cows and construction of 1000 gaushalas is also in progress. Later, when the politics began to heat up, the CM said that he should not derive any other meaning of telling the government's work and policy.
