Actor Pooja Hegde is set to star in Thalapathy 69, marking her second collaboration with Thalapathy Vijay after their successful film Beast. The duo previously enjoyed immense popularity, particularly with the hit song Arabic Kuthu, which became a nationwide sensation.

The film's production company, KVN Productions, announced Hegde's involvement on their Instagram account, welcoming her back alongside Vijay. They posted, "Bringing the stunning duo back to the big screen once again. We know you've already cracked it, but officially... Welcome onboard @hegdepooja #Thalapathy69CastReveal."

Excited about the project, Pooja shared the news on her Instagram story, expressing her eagerness to create more cinematic magic with Vijay, saying, "Yaaaaasss! Hoping to create magic once again with the one and only Thalapathy @actorvijay."

In addition to Pooja Hegde's casting, the film recently confirmed Bobby Deol as part of the ensemble cast. Directed by H. Vinoth, Thalapathy 69 is set to hit theaters in October 2025. The film will be released in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi, aiming to reach a wide audience across India.

Meanwhile, in Bollywood, Pooja Hegde will also star alongside Shahid Kapoor in the upcoming film Deva, scheduled for release on February 14, 2025. In Deva, Shahid plays a rebellious police officer investigating a high-profile case. As he delves deeper, he uncovers a tangled web of deceit and betrayal, embarking on a thrilling journey. Pooja plays the lead role of a journalist in this action-packed film, directed by acclaimed Malayalam filmmaker Rosshan Andrrews and produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur.
