Pratik Gandhi will be seen in the upcoming film ?Raavan Leela.' Pratik on Tuesday announced that his first Hindi feature film as a lead will be having a theatrical release on October 1, 2021.
'Scam 1992 - The Harshad Mehta Story' star took to social media announcing the release date with its poster. Pratik has made his Bollywood debut with this film. He'll be playing the lead role of Rajaram Joshi starring actress Aindrita Ray. Pratik Bollywood debut 'Raavan Leela' will also feature actress Aindrita Ray. Pratik will be seen in the role of Rajaram Joshi as the dramatic entertainer. Promoted as a "strong content-driven entertainer", the film is set against the backdrop of Bhavai, a popular folk theatre form from Gujarat.
The drama is directed by Hardik Gajjar and written by Shreyes Anil Lowlekar. "#RaavanLeela(Bhavai) in Cinemas on 1st October 2021," the 41-year-old actor wrote alongside the poster from the film, which features him in the get-up of Raavan from the Hindu epic "Ramayana". The actor has previously acted in Hindi movies "Loveyatri" and "Mitron", and Gujarati films like "Bey Yaar" and National Award-winning "Wrong Side Raju". On the further work front, his upcoming films are 'Dedh Bigha Zameen' and 'Atithi Bhooto Bhava.'
