In the 13th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL), the oldest player Pravin Tambe has been disqualified. He played in T-10 league in Sharjah after retiring from cricket in 2018. However, he later withdrew his retirement. He also played some other foreign T20 leagues, for which this action has been taken. According to BCCC rules, no player can participate in a foreign league without retirement.

According to reports, for the 13th season of IPL, copper was bought by Kolkata Knight Riders for  base price of 20 lakhs. Tambe last played in this league in 2016. According to IPL chairman Brijesh Patel, the information about the action taken by the board against him has been given to KKR's Francha.

For information, let us tell you that Tambe will not be able to play in IPL. Praveen Tambe resigned the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) announcing his retirement in the year 2018. After playing the foreign league, he withdrew his resignation and participated in the Mumbai League.
