Lucknow: The exercise to end the process of irregular promotion, and increase in salary to the employees posted in the Directorate of Child Development Services and Nutrition has been started. Under this, the service details of all the employees have been made online, it has been decided to make the payment of salary etc. to the employees through the Human Resources Portal. This will come in force in September.

In the ICDS Directorate, many cases of corruption and irregularities have been reported for the last 5 years. There is a flaw in the service details of DPOs, CDPOs, Administration Officers, Additional Statistical Officers, Clerical Cadre and Chief Servants. In particular, there has been a lot of fraud in the service details of the personnel by the Caucus of Clerks posted in Directorate for years.

The new director Dr Sarika Mohan has started the exercise of online service details of all categories of personnel related to the Directorate. She has directed to upload the service details of all the employees on the Human Resources portal in the first phase. In the second phase, regular and contract workers working under the directorate have also been directed to pay salary through it. In the guidelines sent to the DPOs of all cities, she said that by August 14, the salary code of all the workers should be generated and uploaded on the Human Resources portal.
