Srinagar: President Ram Nath Kovind, who is on a visit to Jammu and Kashmir, reminded the Union Territory of Kashmiriyat. His Excellency said that violence has never been a part of Kashmiriyat, but unfortunately, it had become a reality of daily life. Ram Nath Kovind said that democracy has the power to eliminate all differences and restructure and make full use of the capacity of citizens.

Ram Nath Kovind said "I am happy that Kashmir is now moving towards this vision with happiness. I am sure that in a democracy it is the strength to overcome all differences. To bring citizens along to make better use of their capacity." Kashmir is happily following this vision. Ram Nath Kovind, who is on a four-day visit to Kashmir, said the violence has never been a part of Kashmiriyat, but it is unfortunate that it had become a part of everyday life.

He said it is unfortunate that an attempt was made to destroy the culture of peaceful coexistence of Kashmir. The violence that has never been a part of Kashmiriyat had become normal in everyday life. Violence is destroying Kashmiri culture. It is a temporary thing, but like a virus, which is attacking the whole body. He said efforts have now been made to restore the lost aura of Kashmir.
