The Prime Minister Narendra Modi yesterday met leaders from the Muslim Community, under the  Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind.

The National Security Advisor Ajit Doval said that the whole world is looking at India today and it is the responsibility of all segments of Indian society to take the nation forward.

PM Modi on Triple Talaq said that the Muslim community should not allow this issue to be politicised and urged the assembled gathering to take the responsibility for initiating reform in this regard.

"His (Prime Minister Modi) attitude on all issues was reasonable and satisfactory. We are leaving with lots of hopes," Maulana M Madani said.
