Private jet crashed into high-tension power line, seven people were on board

New Delhi: In Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, a private jet suddenly caught fire and crashed uncontrollably during landing. A team of district administration and police reached the spot and rescued all the seven persons. As per the information received, the aircraft came to Aligarh for routine maintenance where the accident took place when it was hit by an electric wire.

The incident is reported to be in the Thana Gandhipark area of Aligarh. At the time of the incident, the plane was accompanied by Captain Kishore, Captain Deepak, Mechanical team member Prabhat Trivedi, Anand Kumar, Ram Prakash Gupta and Karthik, who were coming to Aligarh for routine mentines and as soon as the plane reached the top of the Dhanipur airstrip. The pilot considered the additional runway as the main runway and as soon as the plane tried to take down the plane for landing, the plane got entangled in the high-tension power line and caught fire.

As the plane entangled in the high-tension power line, he dragged a little farander and crashed. Police along with the fire brigade rushed to the spot and launched efforts to extinguish the fire. All seven people on board were evacuated safely. The fire has also been brought under control.
