Ghaziabad: In a horrific incident, on the suspicion of being stealing mobile phones, four men, including two teenagers were beaten up so harshly and also, injected with the petrol in their private parts in Ghaziabad near Delhi.
Police arrested the Rizwan, the brother of a local Samajwadi Party leader and along with others crimes, he was accused with unnatural offences.
According to senior police officer Rakesh Pandey, “the victims were identified as Zaheer Baig, 17 years old, Gulzar 16 years old , Fimo and Firoz, both 25 years old”.
A shocking incident occurred on last Friday, when Rizwan alleged that four men from his neighbourhood had stolen his mobile phone and after that Rizwan along with his two friends injected syringes filled with petrol into the private parts of suspects.
