Priyanka Chopra has ended her partnership with the New York-based restaurant 'Sona', though the establishment will continue under the management of its co-founder and partner, Maneesh K. Goyal.

Approximately two years ago, Priyanka Chopra embarked on an endeavor to introduce distinctive Indian cuisine to the United States by inaugurating the restaurant Sona in New York. Representatives on her behalf informed People magazine that "Priyanka has chosen to discontinue her collaboration with Sona."

Maneesh, who is a co-founder, mentioned that Priyanka Chopra, celebrated for her role in the TV series Quantico, was the driving creative force behind Sona. He expressed gratitude for her partnership and endorsement, while noting her transition away from the creative partnership role. Despite this, she will maintain her association with the Sona family, and both parties are enthusiastic about their respective new chapters.

A representative conveyed, "The realization of Sona stands as a momentous and prideful juncture in her career. Stepping back from her involvement with Sona facilitates the expansion of her global aspirations, and she looks forward to the promising opportunities that lie ahead."

Shifting focus to her professional endeavors, Priyanka Chopra was most recently featured in the espionage-thriller series Citadel, co-starring with actor Richard Madden. Her upcoming projects include Jee Le Zaraa, in which she shares the screen with Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif.
