Lucknow: Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi spoke to reporters today i.e. Talking about the alliance for the upcoming elections, he said, "Our aim is to defeat the BJP and we will make a decision as per the circumstances.'' At the same time, he added, "We are open-minded, but we suffer from alliances. It is too early to say anything. We will not do anything that hurts our organization and party interest. We will decide our strategy according to the circumstances ahead.'' Last Saturday, he called upon the workers to work 24 hours a day till the elections without stopping and without fear. Only then will the assembly elections get the right results.
In fact, she had said last Saturday, explaining the achievements of the party for the last one and a half years, "We have taken the organization to the Nyaya Panchayat level. Every Congressman should be proud of it.'' She also said, "A large number of people have joined the Congress in the last one and a half years. The organization has been strengthened. You have the destiny line of the organization that we have created. If we work together for the next seven months, we will get good results in the assembly elections. Wherever there were clashes or the common man was in trouble after 2019, the Congress worker first stood up for the victims. Congress leaders and workers were the first and the most helpful to the needy in Corona.''
Priyanka further said, "Don't ignore the old Congressmen Priyanka called upon party workers to connect with the issues, struggles, and sentiments of the people. Connect new people to the organization, but take the old and senior with them too, only then will the strength be strong. All of you have brought new energy to the party organization in UP. It is because of you that Congress has come into the limelight. We are forming an organization at the Gram Panchayat level. This organization is neither fake nor on paper.''
