Lucknow: A rape victim in Hathras in Uttar Pradesh has died while undergoing treatment at a hospital in Delhi. On this, Congress national general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra targeted the Yogi government and said that there is nothing like women's safety in UP. Shee has raised the demand for severe punishment for the girl's murderer and rapist.

Priyanka Gandhi wrote through Twitter on Tuesday, "The Dalit girl who suffered in Hathras succumbed to her injuries in Safdarjung Hospital. For two weeks, she was struggling with life and death in hospitals. The incidents of rape in Hathras, Shahjahanpur and Gorakhpur have shaken the state. The law and order in UP has worsened. There is no nothing like safety of women in UP. Criminals are committing crimes openely without fearing the Government. The murderes of this child should be punished. CM Yogi Adityanath you are accountable for the safety of the women of Uttar Pradesh".

A young woman was raped in a village under chandpa police station area in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh. The rapists broke the spine of the victim. The victim was admitted to JN Medical College, Aligarh for the last two weeks. She was admitted to Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi after her condition worsened. Four accused in the case have been arrested by the police.
