Lucknow: Congress party national general secretary and UP in-charge Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has written a letter to Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath urging him to provide relief to citizens from the economic pressure caused by corona. Priyanka Gandhi in her letter has asked UP CM Yogi Adityanath to give relief on five issues. This will provide some comfort to the countrymen facing the second wave of corona.

In her two-page letter, Priyanka has urged CM Yogi to fix the charge of private hospitals for Covid Hospital. Priyanka wrote in her letter that it has been observed that private hospitals are charging patients so much money that they have to take loans. Therefore, the government should intervene and talk to the hospital representatives and fix the fees of the hospitals so that the treatment people can get relief.

Similarly, referring to the price rise of food items, Priyanka has written that the prices of edible oils, fruits, vegetables and other essential commodities are on the rise. The government should immediately intervene to check the rising prices of food items. Electricity bills are already coming in too high since smart meters arrived, so the government should not increase electricity bills during the epidemic.
