She will join the yatra in Madhya Pradesh on Wednesday (November 23) and will try to speed up the yatra by walking with Rahul Gandhi for the next 4 days. This information has been given by the party's national general secretary Jairam Ramesh while tweeting on Tuesday.

Jairam Ramesh has said that Tuesday (November 22) is a resting day for the Bharat Jodo Yatra. The yatra will enter Madhya Pradesh from near Burhanpur on Wednesday. From here, Priyanka Gandhi will also join the yatra. Congress General Secretary Jairam Ramesh informed in his tweet that Priyanka Gandhi had not yet participated in the Bharat Jodo Yatra that started on September 7. Because Priyanka was busy campaigning for the party in the Assembly elections of Himachal Pradesh. Now she is going to join the yatra. Earlier, former party president Sonia Gandhi had joined the yatra in Mandya, Karnataka. Sonia had tried to send a message to Congress workers across the country by walking along with Rahul Gandhi.

Congress MP Rahul Gandhi and other leaders started the Yatra from Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu on September 7. In this journey, he has to cover a distance of 3,570 kilometers. The Yatra will be completed in Srinagar. After Madhya Pradesh, it will pass through other states including Rajasthan.
