In India, people have demonstrated despite not caring about Corona. People's protest is being continued in Chennai about the Citizenship Amendment Act. A large number of people, including members of the Tamil Nadu Tauheed Jamaat, are opposing the CAA, NRC, and NPR. All these people are present outside the Madras High Court.

Apart from this, the Telangana Assembly has passed a resolution against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA). Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao said in the assembly that there are millions of people who do not have the correct documents. Therefore, the central government should think about the CAA. Earlier in December, the Kerala Assembly passed a resolution demanding the repeal of the amended Citizenship Act (CAA). The ruling CPM-led coalition LDF and the Congress-led opposition coalition UDF supported the proposal in the Assembly against the CAA, while the only member of the BJP opposed it. Let us know that Union Home Minister Amit Shah had informed in Rajya Sabha on Thursday (March 12) that no documents need to be shown to update the National Population Register (NPR) and whatever information is being sought. They are optional.
