Maharashtra: MNS leader Raj Thackeray has reacted to the provocative speech of former AMU student Sharjeel Usmani. Recently, he has made his point in fearless style. He said, 'Former AMU student Sharjeel Usmani should have been beaten in Pune itself.' Raj Thackeray got bail on Saturday from Vashi court in Vashi Tolnake sabotage case of Navi Mumbai. As soon as he got bail, he has expressed his opinion on many issues from Maharashtra to the country through a press conference.

In response to questions from reporters, he expressed his anger at the statement of Sharjeel Usmani made at the Elgar Parishad in Pune. A case has been filed against Sharjeel in Lucknow for making inflammatory statements. Recently, Raj Thackeray has said in his statement that 'Sharjeel Usmani should have been beaten in Pune itself. I also have a question as to who called him here. Nowadays similar politics has started. First, someone calls someone, and then politics starts on him.'

Raj Thackeray also said, 'some people are deliberately trying to spoil the atmosphere.' A video of Sharjeel Usmani allegedly 'spreading hate' has come out. This video is from 30 January 2021, in which he is seen addressing an event of Elgar Parishad in Pune. In this video, he said objectionable things against Hindu society. During this program, he had allegedly said, 'Hindu society in India is rotten. The UP police is carrying out daily encounters and the people killed in the encounter are either Muslims or Dalits. '
