New Delhi: Delhi BJP unit spokesperson Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga on Saturday claimed that Punjab Police had barged into his house in large numbers and arrested him "as they would do to a terrorist". While talking on this this morning, Bagga narrated the entire incident of his arrest in a sequential manner.

Bagga said that no warrant was shown to me. When about eight people picked me up, I told them to let me tie my turban. They didn't even give me a chance to wear a turban and chappal. Picked me up and put me in the car. Punjab Police had kidnapped me. The local police were also not informed about this. About 50 policemen came, like they do with a terrorist. Bagga said that around 10 police vehicles had come to arrest him, which can be seen in the CCTV footage.

It is an attempt to send a message that whoever speaks against Arvind Kejriwal will be the biggest terrorist and will not be spared. Earlier in April, Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga had claimed that Punjab Police officials had reached his house to arrest him without informing the Delhi Police, but he was in Lucknow at the time.
