Miss Pooja in court for outraging Hindu sentiments

Punjab's famous singer, Miss Pooja, has been caught in trouble for a long time now. Miss Pooja had misrepresented the gods and goddesses of Hindu religion in one of her famous songs, 'Jiju Ki Karada', after which the complaint was lodged against her. According to the sources, it has been heard that in this song Yamraj was shown in a state of intoxication. This triggered the sentiments of the Hindu religion.

The petitioner advocate Sandeep Kaushal filed a complaint against Pooja, leading to which she is has gone to court now. The case has been registered under Section 295-A, 499 and 500 of IPC against Pooja.

When Miss Pooja came into the midst of trouble, she made a plea to the Punjab and Haryana High Court in her defence. Pooja has demanded the cancellation of the FIR against her in the High Court.

After the petition was filed by Pooja, a bench of Justice Harminder Singh Madan heard the matter and issued a notice to the Punjab government. So now we will get to know the real judgment in the case after the court gives its decision on the matter.
