Kashmiri chilli – 1 tsp
Butter – 1 tsp
Dry red chillies – 2-3
Garlic (chopped) – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Water – 2 cups


Method of making Punjabi Tadka Maggi- To make Punjabi Tadka Maggi, first of all take a pan and heat oil in it. During this time, when the oil is well heated, add tomatoes, capsicum, onions, carrots and pea seeds to it. Cook all of them until it's slightly warmed. After that, add Maggi masala, garam masala and a little salt and mix well. Now when this spice is well cooked, add 2 cups of water to it. Now boil the spices and water for about a minute and then add Maggi noodles to it. After that, cover the pan for a while. At the same time, when the Maggi is almost ripe, take another pan and put butter in it. Now after the butter is hot, add garlic and dry red chillies to it. During this time, when it starts cracking, add Kashmiri chilli powder to it and remove it from the heat of the gas after mixing all of them well. By now Maggi will have cooked well. Take it off the flame and add the prepared temper to it. After that, mix them all together and serve hot.
