Ingredients for making Kachumber-

3 Cucumbers , peeled and cut
1 Onion , finely chopped
1 Green Chilli , finely chopped
2 Tomatoes , chopped
1 Carrot , peeled and cut
salt to taste
1/4 cup pomegranate
Black pepper powder, as per taste
1 tsp cumin powder , roasted
1-1/2 tsp lemon juice
Coriander leaves , a few, finely chopped
Mint , a few, finely chopped

Method of making Kachumber- To make Kachumber salad, put cucumber, onion, green chili, tomato, carrot and pomegranate in a mixing bowl. After that mix everything well. After mixing all, add lemon juice, black pepper powder, cumin powder, salt and mix everything well. Now add green coriander, mint and mix well. Serve. After this, serve Kachumber Salad with Panchmel Dal, Aloo Bhindi Ki Sabzi and Phulka for a weekday meal.
