During this time, she locked mother-in-law Shashibala and father-in-law Dayaprakash in the room while leaving. Father-in-law Daya Prakash told about this that when they searched the house, 5 Tolas of gold ornaments, a mobile and a camera were given to the bride during the wedding were missing. Interrogation is also being done through photographs at the Pushkar bus stand and Ajmer railway station. The police investigation so far has revealed that Pooja and her sister-in-law have left for Jharkhand.''

Along with this, Pushkar police has also contacted Jumma Ramgarh police regarding the case. It is being told that the investigation is currently underway. There are also reports that it is being told that, the groom is a paralysed. He can't hear or say anything. For this reason, the Srivastava family came in contact with Pankaj Kumar for marriage. Pankaj had decided to get married by introducing Pooja's sister-in-law and acquaintance Urmila, a resident of Jharkhand, and now the Srivastava family has appealed to the local administration and police to get their 13-year-old daughter safe. Whether the bride herself has run away or there is something else, it will be known only after getting the bride Pooja.
