After eating and drinking water, he went towards the water tank in the market, after some time we heard the sound of shouting, then we ran towards Deepak Yadav's tapra, when we reached there, the king was lying in the nearby drain and was in front of Abhishek Tapre. The king had fainted, Abhishek was shouting, both of us have been shot by Pawan Bagde. My brother Abhishek is shot in the left side of the chest and Raja Sthapak is shot near the navel. We immediately sent both of them to the district hospital Narsinghpur for treatment after sitting in someone's motor cycle, after which they were referred to Jabalpur. Taking immediate action on the information, immediately after registering a case of section 307 Bhadvi against the police station Kotwali, the police team reached the district hospital and the incident and necessary action was started. Also, during the investigation, it was found that the incident was carried out by the accused Pawan Bagde and he has absconded, for which the teams were searched the surrounding areas. As soon as the information was received, Superintendent of Police Shri Vipul Srivastava himself reached the spot and necessary directions were given for the arrest of the accused.

During the investigation it has come to the fore that the accused Pawan Bagde suspected that his friend Abhishek alias Ashu Thanwar resident Rajiv Ward, Itwara Bazar, Narsinghpur and Raja Sthapak resident Dhanare Colony Narsinghpur were under the influence of both of them on mobile phone from his wife. Keeping in constant contact, Pawan had left, ignoring Pawan, the accused Pawan explained both the dead through various means and said that both should not have any kind of relation with his wife and there was a debate between them regarding this matter. But the accused Pawan Bagde called both of them to meet in Itwara Bazar and you fired at Raja Sthapak before the country pistol kept nearby, due to which he fell in the drain after being shot and after that he also fired on Abhishek alias Ashu. Due to which he also fell injured, who was admitted to the district hospital in an injured condition, who was referred to Jabalpur after first aid, who lost his life during treatment.

The accused was trying to abscond after the incident: After the incident, the accused Pawan had escaped from the spot and hid somewhere, for whose search the police teams were formed and instructions were given for the detection and arrest of the accused. To search for the accused by the formed teams, the informers were activated and technical means were also used, as a result of which information was received that the accused is currently hiding near the stadium ground and is trying to escape, taking immediate action on the information. The siege of the accused was done, as a result of which success was successful in apprehending the accused. After the arrest of the accused, a country-made pistol and two live cartridges used in the incident have also been confiscated from his possession. After registering the case against the accused under crime number 485/2022, section 307, section 302 and 25, 27 under Arms Act, action has been taken against the accused and presented before the court.
