Dehradun: The BJP has created history by winning the Assembly elections in Uttarakhand. However, who will be made the Chief Minister (CM) of this hill state has not been cleared for a long time. In fact, the reason for this was believed to be the defeat of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami election. However, he has now become the new Chief Minister of Uttarakhand.

A meeting of the BJP Legislature Party was called in Uttarakhand today (on Monday) and now the announcement has been made. The meeting in Dehradun was attended by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh as the Union Observer and Minister of State for External Affairs Meenakshi Lekhi as co-observer and the name of the new Chief Minister of Uttarakhand came up.
