Quta row is in the sensation again. Jat leaders threatening to resume agitation in case the BJP led Haryana government does not meet their demand by March 17. Even the Haryana government forces the Centre to be deployed in sensitive area. Haryana government fails to control the violence during Jat agitation took place last month in which 30 people lost their life.

IGP, Rohtak Range, Sanjay Kumar said On Thursday “Paramilitary force has been demanded (through state Home department) from the Centre and we will get the same”.

The IGP insure that the state has arranged security forces in the state by saying “We have made adequate police security arrangements. We have adequate force and we are deploying it accordingly”.

“I cannot disclose it because of security considerations,” he said when he asked about how many police personnel have been deployed to maintain the law.

Samiti Chief Yashpal Malik said the state government must bring a bill in the ongoing budget session of the assembly to ensure reservation for Jat. He also stated that “On March 17, we will decide on the next mode of action on whether to block roads, railway tracks or any other type of agitation”.

The Jat community demanding 10 per cent quota or reservation in education and job.
