Radhika Apte, the one of the very outspoken personality in Film town. She recently made her statement on how Indian society feels ashamed of anything related to sex or sexuality and stressed that this needs to change as soon as possible.

Here what she said: "I think our country is very ashamed of sexuality, physicality, or human body. Anything to do with human body or sexuality is a problem here."

"It should not feel awkward touching the pad in front of people. These are small things with which people have issues."

Radhika is also doing a film titled Pad which deals with menstrual hygiene. In the film she will be seen alongside Akshay Kumar and Sonam Kapoor.
