Timing holds a very important place in the politics of India. But Rahul Gandhi again made a mistake in the case of beating up Dalit youths in Nagaur, Rajasthan. By the time Rahul tweeted for immediate action against the culprits at 1.20 minutes on Thursday afternoon, by that time all seven accused had been arrested by the Rajasthan Police. State Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot informed about the action to be taken exactly one hour after Rahul's tweet.

Regarding this matter, Rahul tweeted that the video of brutal torture of two young Dalits in Nagaur, Rajasthan is terrible. I urge the state government to take immediate action on the culprits involved in this shocking crime and bring justice to the victims. Rahul's tweet came at a time when the state government had swung into action and questions were being raised in the media about the Congress government.

For your information, let us tell you that Gehlot, the head of the state government, tweeted immediately after an hour that immediate and effective action has been taken in the horrific incident in Nagaur. All the seven accused have been arrested. No one will be spared. The culprits will be punished according to the law. We will ensure that the victims get justice. At the same time, spokesperson Randeep Surjewala from the Congress forum in Delhi at 2:30 pm said that it was legitimate to question the incident. The Congress government of the state has taken stern action and all the accused have been arrested. All have been booked under the SC-ST Act. Also, compensation has been given to the victim's family. We will never accept any such incident.
