Congress MP Rahul Gandhi has filed his nomination from Wayanad constituency. Before filing nomination, he did a road show in Wayanad. Meanwhile, he was given a warm welcome. Nearly thousands of people participated in the road show. Let us tell you that in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, Rahul Gandhi had won from Wayanad by a huge margin of more than 4 lakh votes.

Rahul Gandhi did road show before filing nomination: Reports say that Rahul Gandhi's road show started at 11 am. He also addressed the people. Congress MP Rahul Gandhi has said, "It is an honor for me to be your member of Parliament. I do not see you as a voter. I treat you the same way and think about you as I treat my sister. Because my mother, sister, brother and father live in houses in Wayanad." He continued by saying, "We are entering a new era of justice. I want to serve the public with full devotion."

 

Rahul reacted on human-animal conflict: Rahul Gandhi has also reacted on the issue of human-animal conflict. Continuing his point, he said, "There are issues like man-animal conflict and building a medical college in the state. I stand with the people of Wayanad in this fight. We also tried to put pressure on the government to build a medical college. I also wrote a letter to the CM, but unfortunately the process could not move forward. I am confident that our government will be formed in Delhi and when our government is formed in Kerala too, we will resolve these issues."

 

Not only this, in this rally of Rahul Gandhi, apart from his sister Priyanka Gandhi, All India Congress Committee (AICC) general secretaries KC Venugopal and Deepa Das, AICC student wing in-charge of National Students Organization of India (NSUI) Kanhaiya Kumar, opposition in the state assembly. KVD Satheesan and KPCC (Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee) working president MM Hassan also attended. Reports say that Rahul Gandhi will contest from Wayanad Lok Sabha seat against BJP state unit president K. Surendran and will contest against Communist Party of India (CPI) leader Annie Raja. Voting for the Lok Sabha elections in Kerala is scheduled to take place on April 26.
