Chennai: Political parties have begun gearing up for this year's assembly elections in Tamil Nadu. In view of this, former Congress national president Rahul Gandhi has arrived in Tamil Nadu on a three-day visit. Will meet people from different regions of the state. Rahul Gandhi attacked the Modi government as soon as he reached there. We would fight together against the Modi government, "he said.

Rahul Gandhi shared a video from his official Twitter handle and wrote, "I am very happy to come to Tamil Nadu once again. I have had the opportunity to spend time with my Tamil brothers and sisters of the Kongu belt. Together, we will protect the culture of Tamil Nadu from the attack of the Modi government. The assembly elections in Tamil Nadu are proposed in May this year. As per the information of the Programme released by the Congress, Rahul will hold roadshows in Coimbatore and Tiruppur districts.

The Congress said that the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) will also meet people, farmers, and weavers belonging to the sector. According to the information, Rahul Gandhi will reach Erode district on the 24th of January, where he would talk to the weavers about their problems. On the 25th of January, Rahul Gandhi will reach Karur district where he will participate in a discussion with the farmers.
