Kamareddy: As the Bharat Jodo Yatra is slated to end in Telangana and reach Maharashtra later in the evening, Congress MP Rahul Gandhi resumed the Telangana leg of the Bharat Jodo Yatra on Monday from Kamareddy.

The Telangana leg of the "Padyatra" started again this morning in the Kamareddy district's Fathalpur Bus Stand, with a planned stop for Shekhapur. The Yatra is then expected to restart a public gathering in Kamareddy, starting at Menoor, about 5:00 pm, before entering Maharashtra later today evening.

The 60-day Bharat Jodo Yatra march came to an end on Sunday. Jairam Ramesh, a senior Congressman, captioned a video and shared it on Twitter "60 days of unending affection! A wonderful occasion to commemorate this step in bringing India together. Many more will follow."

However, the Rahul Gandhi-led Bharat Jodo Yatra was in Telangana on Sunday, and Palvai Sravanthi, the Congress Party's nominee, lost the hotly contested Munugode by-election.

It should be noted that the Bharat Jodo Yatra is scheduled to begin its march from Maharashtra later this evening.
The Congress Bharat Jodo Yatra, led by party leader Rahul Gandhi, will enter Maharashtra on Monday once the foot march in the southern states is finished. Parts of Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Telangana have already been visited during the yatra.

At Madnur Naka in Degloor of the Nanded district, Rahul Gandhi will now enter Maharashtra today. The Maharashtra Congress Committee has put together complex plans. They are also attempting to achieve great success in Maharashtra.
