Raipur: Former Congress national president Rahul Gandhi on Thursday addressed a public meeting in Chhattisgarh's capital Raipur. In it, he took a dig at the Modi government at the Centre. Rahul Gandhi said that the country is being divided into two parts. In this, one side is rich and on the other hand the country's poor. Attacking the central government, he said that the Modi government thinks that the poor are weak.

Rahul Gandhi, MP from Kerala's Wayanad Lok Sabha seat, said that today the central government wants that the crores of people who have made this country should be thrown out and 100-200 people should be given full money of the country. We will not allow India to become like this. The 100 richest people in India have more money than 40 per cent of the country's population. Rahul Gandhi said that we had promised you that farmers will get Rs 2500 no matter what happens, and we have done it too.

Rahul Gandhi said that at the time of elections, we had talked with the leaders, then said that along with the farmers, labourers also work, if we help the farmers, then the poor labourers of Chhattisgarh will also have to be helped. This is our first step. The matter will not stop here. This is your money, which is being given back to you.
