New Delhi: There has been a ruckus on the statements made by Rahul Gandhi in the budget session of Parliament. After which BJP is also attacking him. Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma tweeted, 'Mr Rahul Gandhi, who likes to feed biscuits to dogs in the presence of leaders of Assam and then gives them the same biscuits, is about political decency. Must be the last person to talk. The mindset of the high command is that of the Congress, nothing else. The people of India know this very well.

Mr. Rahul Gandhi, those who prefer to feed biscuits to dogs in the presence of leaders from Assam and then offer them the same biscuits should be the last people to talk about political decency.
High command mindset is INC’s be all and end all. The people of India know it well.

Himanta Sarma had narrated the story earlier:-Â
Actually, the new CM of Assam Himanta Biswa Sarma was once a Congress warlord, but with his joining the BJP in 2015, the political picture of the entire North-East changed and the Congress was cleared from all the states there. A few days ago, Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma shared an anecdote about how he was disillusioned with the Congress. CM Sarma told that, during that time there was a churning going on to defeat the BJP in the upcoming assembly elections of Assam. He told that during this entire conversation, Rahul Gandhi was not showing any interest in the meeting and was playing with his dog PD. Himanta Biswa Sarma further said, “Tea-coffee was brought during the meeting for the leaders present there. Rahul Gandhi's dog PD went to the table and took out a biscuit from the plate kept there and started eating. Then Rahul Gandhi started smiling looking at me. I was thinking that why are they doing this by looking at me? Actually, Himanta was waiting with a cup of tea in his hand that when Rahul Gandhi would get another plate instead of the plate that had been worn by the dog. He waited for 5 minutes, but then saw veteran leaders like former CM Tarun Gogoi and CP Joshi eating biscuits from the same plate.
Sarma said that he did not always go to meet Rahul Gandhi, but that day he realized that everything was normal for him. He felt that this would happen in all the meetings of Rahul Gandhi. He said, “That very day I realized that enough has happened, I can no longer be with this person. But, I also thank them. I am in this position today, so the credit goes to that meeting and also to the fact that Rahul Gandhi did not like me being in Congress. Let us inform that Sarma had worked for the Congress for 22 years.
