New Delhi: Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman today presented the General Budget for FY 2021-22 in Parliament. After this budget, former National President of Congress Rahul Gandhi has launched a scathing attack on the Modi government. In the budget 2021-22, Rahul Gandhi, MP from Wayanad in Kerala, has accused the poor and common man of ignoring the government, saying that in this the government has made full arrangements to distribute the wealth of the country to its friend registrars.

With this, Rahul Gandhi has said that this government does not want to see the common people of the country happy, so no steps are being taken in their interest. He said that the government is only insisting on a plan to sell public property to private hands. Rahul Gandhi's argument is that if money comes into the hands of the poor, then they will be able to spend and if they spend then the economy will gain momentum.

Rahul Gandhi said that this time the government has not announced any such plan in the budget. In this budget, the central government has decided to disinvest several PSUs, insurance, railway sector, bank. The government hopes that this will give money to the government, which will be used in government schemes.
