Lucknow: After about 2 pm in the capital Lucknow, the weather patterns suddenly started changing. It started raining with strong winds and thunder glow and there was hailstorm for about ten minutes. It is also being said that due to hailstorms ranging from peas to the size of betel nut, traffic in the areas of Dalibagh, Gomti Nagar, Hazratganj and Lohia Path fell sluggishly, people took shelter from vehicles on the sidewalks.
