In such a situation, the question arises that will the hanging of Nirbhaya's culprits be deferred once again? But the point to be noted here is that the apex court in the previous hearing had made it clear that the pending hearing in the Supreme Court will not have any effect on any order of the trial court, that is if the trial court issues a death warrant There will be no restriction. The Patiala House court has given the verdict to hang Nirbhaya convicts on March 20.
