All primary schools will remain closed till 31 March in Delhi due to Coronavirus

New Delhi: Due to the deadly coronavirus, all the primary schools in Delhi have been closed till 31 March. Delhi government's deputy CM and Education Minister Manish Sisodia has said that orders have been issued to close all primary schools from precautionary class to class V. Along with this, he said that a notification has been issued to schools in which examinations are being conducted.

Major steps are being taken in various parts of the country to prevent the coronavirus. Meat sales have been banned in UP capital Lucknow. Lucknow District Magistrate Abhishek Prakash has said, "The sale of meat, semi-cooked meat and fish in open areas in the district has been banned, to ensure that the coronavirus is not spread through the meat." Hotels and restaurants have been asked to maintain cleanliness.

Seeing the outbreak of deadly coronavirus, now the central government has started taking more stringent steps. The Modi government at the Center has now tightened the surveillance at the airport. In the same sequence, now the Central Government has banned any traveler coming from two countries (South Korea and Italy) to enter India without a health certificate. Countries like China and Japan have not been included in this list.
