New Delhi: The fourth day of the second phase of the budget session of Parliament was also ruckus. The opposition once again created a ruckus in the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha, due to which the Speaker had to suspend the proceedings of the House several times. Seven Congress MPs have been suspended for the entire session due to snatching letters from the Speaker in Lok Sabha. It also includes the name of Gaurav Gogoi.

In fact, the Coronavirus was debated in both houses of parliament on Thursday. During this time, opposition MPs started creating an uproar. Due to uproar, the proceedings of both the houses were adjourned till 11 pm on Friday. After the resumption of the Lok Sabha proceedings, Presiding Speaker Meenakshi Lekhi said that when the discussion on vote numbers 13 and 14 started in the House, some members took away documents related to the proceedings of the House from the Speaker's Bench and pounced on the House.

He said that this unfortunate behavior has probably happened for the first time in parliamentary history. He also strongly condemned this conduct of MPs. The speaker then took action, suspending Gaurav Gogoi, TN Pratapan, Rajmohan Unnithan, Manikam Tagore, Beni Behan, Dean Kurikos, Gurjit Singh. After this, the speaker adjourned the Lok Sabha till 11 pm on Friday.
