Mumbai: Maharashtra's politics has gone up after former Mumbai commissioner Parambir Singh wrote a letter to CM Uddhav Thackeray in connection with the explosive-filled Scorpio found outside the Antioch-packed residence of the country's wealthy businessman Mukesh Ambani. Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray has intervened and urged the Central government to look into the matter.
MNS chief Raj Thackeray has said that Home Minister Anil Deshmukh should resign immediately. He said the main case is that of a vehicle packed with explosives, which was found near Mukesh Ambani's residence. He also said that I request the central government to intervene. The state government cannot investigate the matter. It may be noted that he had written a letter to CM Uddhav Thackeray after Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh was removed from office. He alleged that the suspended policeman, Sachin Vaze, was targeted to be charged 100 crore rupees per month by Home Minister Anil Deshmukh.
MNS chief Raj Thackeray has demanded the resignation of Home Minister Anil Deshmukh after politics in Maharashtra. In a tweet, Raj Thackeray said, "Former Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh's letter to CM is explosive. This has spoiled the image of Maharashtra. Home Minister Anil Deshmukh should immediately submit his resignation and there should be a detailed inquiry into the matter.
