Jaipur: In Rajasthan, BJP's state president, Satish Punia tested COVID-19 positive. It has been reported by Punia himself. Punia said that after returning from the tour on Thursday, when he underwent a test of the precautionary corona, his report was positive, while he had no symptoms of COVID-19 infection.

He tweeted, "After coming from a stay yesterday, I did not have symptoms, but my report tested positive, and on medical advice I have isolated myself at home, all those who have come to my contact in the past should get their inquiries done, thank you for the help." The state BJP president has returned from a visit to Jodhpur on Thursday. In the meantime, he visited several areas including Oasis and Phalodi. He also held meetings and meetings with local party leaders. Many people have come to their contact. He has appealed to the people who have come in contact to get the investigation done.

On the other hand, more than 83 thousand new cases of COVID-19 virus infection have been reported in the country in a day. As per information received from ICMR, 466 lakh 79 thousand 145 samples have been tested so far. On Thursday, 11 lakh 69 thousand 769 samples have been tested in a day.
